Ancestor land
My grandfather used to have 6 acres of land and sold his 4 acres for some reason.
Now, when we looked at property details, remaining 2 acres is registered on some of my grand father's cousins family.
We only have a Photo copy of My grand father's 6 acres Passbook. Can we do reverse analysis of why that 2 acres is taken by someone else and file a case?
