The marriage is not consummated because husband is not able for even 1 second. He refused test and treatment. I can prove that I am still Virgin.
1. can I file Annulment and get compensation for destroying my life and marriage expenses.
2. can he prove his impotency healed by treatment.
3. I file Divorce ?
4. I file 498A FIR ?

A.Hi,
1. If the marriage is less than one year old, you can opt for annulment.
2. You will be able to contest it even if he does argue on such lines.
3. Yes, a mutual consent divorce is the most efficient option.
4. No, unless you have suffered from some form of cruelty under your husband.

1. Annulment can only happen within the first year of marriage. You can claim compensation from him.
2. Even if he does, you can argue against it with your own claims.
3. Yes, you can.
