Tenant Property in Pune Tenant Property in Pune

Property is located is Pune and area is 14 acre. My Grandfather is protected tenant on 7/12 by ferfar no 442 in 18/08/1948. Grandfather was cultivating this property from 1936 to 1988. After them, Grandfather has 4 sons and 3 daughter. My father expired on 2006 and now we are cultivating our share land only.
This whole property is sold by Landowner and other tenants ie ( 2 sons and 3 daughters of my grandfather) to third person and other tenants with 2 sale deed. One sale deed with 11 acre and other with 3 acre. For this two sale deed, landowner not taken permission from tahasildar for selling this land.
Then I files 32G petition on this property. Tahsildar proved in his decision that grandfather is tenant, but I filed 32g for whole land and i should file 32g for my share only, due to this tahasildar dismissed my petition. But he told me, I will give your land if you file a case using 70b for your share only. But i filed 70B petion and tahsildar changed and my petition dismissed.
