Divorce documentation Divorce documentation

Hi, due to some circumstances or family disagreement i could not marry a person. He married other lady because of his parents force in OCT 2018. After one month of his marriage this person contacted me and told that he is not in any relationship with his wife and going to seperate. After one year with many discussions he filed mutual consent divorce in 2020 JAN. THis case is ongoing from one year. iam not aware of divorce details agreemnts, why it is pending now. Can I get the complete documentation of their divorce right from the day of petition and all details of their hearing. As I would really want to know truth and can take a decision. Is it possible to get the documents in this way and is it legal to ask a couple divorce details? Here my intension is only to know the truth what is going on between them. If so what is the process.

A.Hi,
It would normally be considered unethical to look into another's legal records. However, you may be allowed to apply for a certified copy in this case as you have a vested interest, and need to verify the records for your own peace of mind. The power allow this rests with the Judge.

A.Hi,
This depends on the discretion of the Court. If you can prove that you have genuine reasons for looking into the records despite not being a party to the marriage, then you can apply for a certified copy of the same.

A.My suggestion is that if you have any other option you should not marry him, you can whatever you want but it's my suggestion that he was married other girl because his parents pressure and now he filed for divorce. He spoild that girls life, re think about your marriage.
1) Certified Copy Application is there to get documents submitted in Court.
2) Parties in suite can apply for it.
3) Judgment and degree available in online
So you can't go for Certified Copy Application because you are not party to suit.
