My wife tried to hang herself in dupatta wale. It was an act when she was anger and was an attempt to blackmail me, if i don't do what she wants, she will make me answer her parents, family and police.
It was the first time she behaved to me like this, so i called her mother and informed the act.(i have recorded the call, can this be a proof as i didn't know she would do such things. this happened about 45days ago).
Second time she was on a whatsup video call, she brought a knife and tried cutting herself. No blood came but again it was just an attempt to blackmail me. (This time I have recorded the video over screen recorder, but no audio, again can this be a proof? This happened a week ago)
Can I know what all I to be mentioned in NC, and how to proceed further legally?

False claims can be quashed by the High Court under S.482 CrPC. Be sure to attach copies of the proof recorded to accompany your application.
Your wife can be punished for blackmail under S.383 IPC. She sounds like she is need of professional help, a psychiatrist can assist her.

A.Hi,
You can apply for anticipatory bail from the High Court if you think she will file a case against you. False cases can be quashed by the High Court under S.482 CrPC.
Your wife seems seriously unstable, she should seek treatment from a psychiatrist. If the marriage is unworkable, you can file for divorce. Keep the proof you have recorded to accompany your anticipatory bail application.
