opposite person is not ready to give money against cheque, she is ready to go to jail she want give money, not telling where is the money, her son and daughter she has given money,
in recovery suit what happen exactly, from all realities property money is recovered, who will recover money, police will take action

A.Hi,
You will have to file an execution petition against them after the decree is passed. The Court will pass the order and then the police can recover the amount if they refuse to pay.

A.You have to take a decree of recovery from the court. Then you have to file execution against other party. Your execution will be satisfied by attaching of the property of other party. If you are satisfied with my advice then give me 5 star rating here

A.Hai,
You can file a suit under the Negotiable Instrument Act. This can be filed only for people who did not return the money which was borrowed by the lender via cheques, bills of exchange, etc. Even after this, if he fails to pay the amount, you can further file a criminal suit against him. If the court finds him guilty, the person will be imprisoned for two years and also has to pay double the amount of the cheque issued.
