fraud in land mutation

lands of my ancestor are recorded by some other people by showing fake legal heir certificate. Is it posible to get my lands back?
A.Hi,
You will first have to complain to the police about fraud and cheating under Sections 415 and 420 IPC. You must then intimate the same to your local land authority.
You can then file a suit in civil Court for declaration of title.

A.Yes, Is it possible to get your lands back. You will first have to approach the Tahasidar office get the details of your land & then mov eto the Civil court for the same.

A.Dear client,
Firstly, you file a fraud suit against him and file application to Cirxke Officer of ur area, and SDO office a protest petition with ur genology and claim over ancestral property.
But, before u move get the detail of such documents of his registration and mutation , jamabandi receipt by RTI.
