Ancestral Claims - Can Anyone Claim
A plot of 100 Yrds in a village inTelangana.
The below is the history of plot:
A sold to B in Jul' 2005. (2 acres)
B sold same to C in Feb'2006 (2 acres)
C sold same to D in May'2018 (2 acres)
D sold same to E in Ju'19 (2 acres)
Now E is selling to me (F). (100 Yrds out of (2 acres) - it is developed layout)
Querry 1 - who is the self acquired owner out of ABCDE and who is the ancestral owner from ABCDE
Querry 2 - If A sold and it was ancestral property than even if his daughter or son or any one from his side claims ownership and files suit on me now after 16 yrs (sold by A in 2005 - 2021 = 16 yrs ) So it is 16 years over. Will their claim would be valid as it already crossed12 yrs limit.
Querry 3- BCDE they would be called self acquired owners or ancestral property owners please clarify. If they are self acquired owners than I think none of their daughter / son / anyone else can make claims on ownership as all BCDE were live during registry and gone to SRO for registry. Please clarify.
Querry 4 - If my name reflects on EC as CL that means I am the owner and no one can claim their rights thereafter. please clarify

You need to learn more about the religion, visit a church and go through the process of getting baptized inorder to convert yourself to Christianity. However, you may not be able to avail the benefits of SC/ST reservations post conversion.

1. It is self acquired property of BCDE and now F if he purchase the same.
2. Though limitation is 12 years but limitation starts if asserted that the descendants came to know about sale in recent time in order to bring the claim within limitation.
3. Your conception and belief are not correct.
4. It depends upon circumstances.
