1. in the registered sale deed there is mistake in date between words and digits in words it is correct but in digits it is lesser than by words. the difference is in no days and a 1 month only
2. in the seller address it is mentioned as son instead of wife

A.Hi,

The legal heirs of the original owner are barred by law as per the provisions of the Limitation Act. The time limit prescribed to institute a suit for possession for enforcing a right relating to an immovable property is 12 years as per the provisions of the Limitation Act, 1963.

A.Hi,
