As recently My Television Set Lost Its AUDIO Made L.G.Company I complent to given help Line No(-8080803043 ). I am a Senior Person, age 68 years. And I got a Horrible experience. Both company And Service Center Technician Engg. harassed me a lot.I'm Very much sure that exchange my T.V.Set.Throughout drama No senior person of L.G.Company and No response to my e-mail Complent.If you have Whats app No I will send You All Details.

You can try to get the new TV and adjust the price with the old one, since it cannot be repaired. However, if the company still refuses to budge from their stand, you can send them a legal notice stating deficiency in service from their end and that legal action would be taken in case they refuse to comply.
