A.How can a document get registered if there are no signatures? Either it has to be signed by owner or any a person authorised by owner through registered Power of Attorney. However you can try check the document from Registration office records whether it is genuine and the lack of signature is a human error and still if you intend to go ahead for purchase then ask the owner to make necessary modifications in the document regarding his signature record and then go ahead.
