Greetings!!!! V have a land measuring 5 cent, in the same compound, our uncle has land measuring 3 cent..... Long time bk, when v had good relationship, he built his house covering 4 cent eucharistic includes our 1 cent.... But now he tries to sell it.... Wat should v do... He s trying to sell the house with our 1 cent of land

A.Requeired the following details:

1.When your uncle constructed the building
2. whether you have given any consent for construction of building in your 1 cent

A.File an injunction suit, if you know the intending buyer add him also as a defendant.
