Property issue

My grandfather has 3 sons. As per his will all the property (didn't mentioned how much) will be distributed in 3 sons. He is still alive and has done gift deed for few parts of property to one son. What would happend after him according to will? Will the entire property distribute in 3 parts (including gift deed) or exclude gift deed.
A.Hi,
The property left after the gift will be shared by the legal heirs as per the will. If the will is silent on such facts, personal laws such as Hindu succession act will come into play. If you found this helpful, please rate us.
