Can I sell the property against father will which he bought in my name joint with my mother, while i was a minor, and now I am an adult.

A.Dear Sir,
If the properties are standing in your joint names then yourself and your mother can sell without seeking permission from your father.

A.Hi,
You can contest the will if your father made it against your mother's wishes, as they were both co-owners.
You have a right to the property as their legal heir.
