how to file for injunction for the stay on the process of selling the property, as my uncles are selling ancestral property.

A.Hi,
Ancestral property cannot be sold without the consent of all legal heirs. As such, you can file a suit for partition and have the Court grant you a stay order or injunction against the sale.
