Mother's Self Acquired Property Right Transfer
3 years ago
One mother purchased a property where she built a house. She has two sons. Now the mother wants to transfer the ownership of her property to one of her son without taking consent of other son due to some reason. Is this ownership transfer can be legally challenged by the other son?

A.Hi,
Your mother is the property's sole owner. As such, she can dispose it in any way she pleases.
The transfer cannot be challenged in Court.
