Can married daughter claim in father's self acquired agricultural land ? Can married daughter claim in father's self acquired agricultural land ?

My father has purchased agriculture land in Jaunpur district, he passed away in feb 2000 and then my 5 brothers have put their names in land records (UP bhulekh) while mother was alive. Now My mother passed away last year feb 2020. We 3 daughters asked our share in that land but my brothers are saying a BIG NO and told that you don't have any right in agriculture land in Uttar Pradesh. Can I claim my share in that land?
Also Out of those brothers One also passed away in 2016, Can his share will be divided among us ?

Yes, married daughters have a right to claim their share in the father's property. You can claim your share by filing a suit for the same. Thank You

A.Hi,
All the children have equal rights over the parents' property. Therefore, daughters can also claim their shares if their father died intestate. You can definitely claim your share in the said property. Thank You
