To avoid divorce

My wife filed divorce and not accepting reconciliation to live with I love her a lot but she is refusing me without mercy . How can I avoid divorce legally ?

A.You may file petition for Restitution of Conjugal Rights under section 9 of Hindu Marriage Act,1955.

A.Hi,
It is advised to you to file for restitution of conjugal rights if you do not wish to seek a divorce. Also, you can convince your wife for judicial separation before filing for divorce.

Divorce mandatorily needs to be taken complying with all the legal procedures and formalities, hence it cannot be avoided. Otherwise, it would not be considered a legal divorce and will have no validity in the eyes of law.
