How the home partion can be done legally between 4 brothers, home having 4 adjacent rooms in east to west direction? Any particular sequence can be followed legally like first brother in first room, second brother in second room like this or one brother can stay with his choice even after having objection from other brothers? Third number brother staying in second room currently, and objection is there from first and second number brothers. Please advise.

A.Hi,
There's no particular sequence specified for dividing the property. However all the brothers have equal rights over the property, and hence the property can be divided by mutual settlement.

A.Hi,
No particular sequence has been fixed by the law. It can be done by settlement amongst the family. All the brothers would get an equal share of the property but which part will be allotted to whom can only be decided within the family. Thank You

A.As such there is no particular sequence. Partition can be carried by mutual consent and understanding. Property can be sold and sale consideration can be divided. Court can also be approached for partition through partition suit.
