Hi, there was a 60*80 plot( not ancestral property) for which gpa was done from owner. It was divided into two 30*40 and three 20*40 dimension which is inturn purchased from 4 different buyers directly from owner and one of the remaining 20*40 plot was left out. Which is in turn purchased from person who got GPA done. Now the person( who got GPA) has not done full settlement to owner and got property registered (20*40 piece of land) On what grounds can owner claim back the whole 60*80 property?

He can file a suit for declaration of title. If this situation arises, you can file a complaint of cheating and fraud against the GPA owner under Sections 415 and 420 IPC and recover your money by filing a civil money recovery suit.

A.Hi,
They can file a suit for declaration of title on the grounds of fraudulent transfer of title. You can file a complaint against the GPA holder and recover your money if this situation.
