While selling property, how registrar will know that how many legal heirs are there of said property, can I (legal heir) cheat with them in sub- registrars officer by telling that I am only legal heir if there having other legal heirs also and buyer agree to purchase and owner of property died.

A.which buyer will agree to purchase.
you do this and you will get free food and free property in jail.

A.Hi,
This is a criminal offence. The other legal heirs can also institute proceedings against you. We cannot recommend that you do this.

A.Hi,
Your actions will cause you to be prosecuted for fraud and potentially arrested. The Sub-Registrar will have documents of all transactions relating to the property.
