Which jurisdiction police station i need to lodge the compliant for below scenario,

i am residing at location "A", I have purchase a land situated at location "B" and seller also from same location "B".

I need to file a FIR against seller due to fraud. I need to know from which location i need lodge a compliant against seller

Note : A and B are different city in same state (Karnataka, india)

A.If the transaction like agreement to sell has taken place in your city, u can lodge complaint in your city.If the payment has been made through cheque from an account in your city , even then you can make a complaint in your city as a part of the transaction has taken place in your city.
If the above mentioned conditions or any one of them has not occurred, then complaint has to be lodged with the police in other city where property is located.
The complaint should be properly drafted to make out jurisdiction in your city.

A.Location B is the proper jurisdiction, because disputed land in location B and may be you have paid the amount at location B.
