Dear Sir/Madam, X is the land owner, he has to give irrevocable GPA along with possession to B in the year 1980. and thereafter he was executed a WILL before he was died in favour of his son D. with respect to said property which was given irrevocable GPA. to B In mean while X was died in the year 1985 B has to sell the property to C after 11 years 1992. C is wife of the B. In other side on the basis of WILL the D was sell the property to the E and F. My question is that, 1. C has any right over the said property which was sold by the B. 2. What is the legal status of said irrevocable GPA alongwith possession of B?. 3. What is the legal status of WILL. 4. What is the legal status of D , E and F?. .. please describe in detail.

A.After he execute irrevocable GPA the further rights to mention the said property in will are void and B has the legal right to sell it to anyone even C. C has full right over the property. File Suit for declaration in case of any dispute
