Hello sir/madam, i have a land in my village and its name on great grand father so i would like to know is there any procedure get my part of land only. Because other family person dont want to partition in land and making unnecessary possession.

A.Hi,
A property will lose it's ancestral nature if partitioned.
You can approach the court and file a suit in the court for the partition of the property.
