What's the Daughter's right to parent's property as per Muslim law. we are 4 brothers and a sister and both parents passed away without a will. what will be my share of property? will it be 20% equal or different

A.Hi,
According to the Indian law, The daughters have the right to share ½ of the share given to the son in the property, which means the son has double the share that the daughters get in that property.
It is further added to your knowledge that Under Muslim law, the person holding the share in the property cannot dispose of more than 1/3rd of the share inherited by them by way of will.
