I have been living with my mother since 2001 after my biological father died and my mother did second marriage after that, I have two birth certificate one of with my deceased biological father name other is step father name . And different registration number, in my 10th and 12th marksheet there has step father name also on adhar card,voter id. These are all proof document , I have . Please tell me from above that I have right on deceased biological father share 's property? If I have, how can I claim ?

A.Hi,
According to hindu succession act, a heir i.e. the child (whether son or daughter) has a legal right on the deceased father property

A.hello, if you have two birth certificate one of your step fathers and others with your biological father,then it will not be a issue in property share,because your mother do second marrige and you may clearify this status.in this condition after some declaration with affidevit and attached copy of certificate,you have right to deceased biological father share`s property.

A.Yes, you are the Class 1 legal heir of your biological father. U can proceed by filing a civil suit under succession Act. Try to get the document copies of property and meet the local lawyer, where the property is located.
