Hi,

I have a Pagdi flat in Mumbai and share the name with my 2 brother. Earlier 3 names were there is property now my One brother has died and I want to transfer the name of the flat to myself. My 2nd brother is ready to provide NOC for transferring name to myself. How much can the Pagdi owner charge for the transfer

A.You will have to get copy of No Objection certificate of your brother who is alive and copy of death certificate of the brother who is deceased and present the same before the landlord and ask him to get house in your same as tenant.
