16 years of marriage with 1 girl child who is 15 yrs old. There is no physical relationship between us for more than 10 years now. Reason hubby says is health issue. But he is not ready to get it checked or rectified. Of late from almost 3 years, he has moved out of our room and has been staying in my daughter's room after asking her to stay in my room. When I spoke to him recently and said that this kind of toxic relationship cannot continue. He said fine, do what you want but I am going to continue being like this. We stay with his parents who are equally giving me mental torture. Ours was a love cum arranged marriage with 5 years of dating before marriage and 16 years of married life. He says he is not ready to pay Almiony in case of divorce, he says I should leave him just like that or stay with him like this forever and says that I am money minded. Please advise!

You can either file a mutual consent divorce or a contested divorce on the grounds of cruelty.
Your husband cannot deny paying the alimony in either of the cases.

You can file for a mutual consent divorce. Firstly, he cannot deny to pay you the alimony because it's your right and he'll also have to pay the maintenance for your daughter. Alimony is decided at the discretion of the court, hence a party cannot deny paying such amount on the orders of the court.
If he doesn't get ready for mutual divorce, then you can file for a contested divorce against him on the grounds of cruelty.
