Hello sir
My 30year kabzaa land is acquired in national highway...
But the khewat is common with others.
Obviously land acquisition money will be transferred in all khewat partners. Can I seek legal help for the my land money that has been transferred in khewat partners.

It is added to your knowledge that the amount of the land will be given to those who are legally entitled to claim it i.e. the rightful owners of the land. You will have to prove that the registry of the land is only in your name.
