What is the court fees of cancellation of gift deed

I would like to know what will be the court fees for cancellation of the gift deed which was done falsely. The property is in Delhi value is 1 crore.
But the problem is we dont have enough money to pay the cancellation , is there any relief for people like us to ask for legal help as we cannot pay the court fees for cancellation i have heard something about IPA need more details if anyone can provide.

A.Hi,
It is added to your knowledge that if the suit is for seeking to declare the alleged gift deed as null and void then the court fee payable as per the TNCF and suit Valuation act under section 25(b) is one half of the market value of the property.
