Check bounce case about legal notice

If we send legal notice from advocate to default party about cheque bounce case in that notice by mistake we mention wrong check number then that notice is valid or not valid
A.No, incase of wrong cheque number then that notice is not valid.

A.1- what your lawyer told you who sent notice ?
2- if you get your degree certificate with different surname than your original surname then you will accept it and it will be valid or not valid ?

A.No. Notice is not valid. You can again deposit cheque for encashment and thereafter, you can issue fresh notice to other party.

A.Hello.
If yoh post a wrong cheque no in legal notice,then you can say that it was a manual or printing mistake.in this case you should send another notice to that person.

A.Hi,
As per the law, the drawer of the blank dated cheque would still be liable for dishonour of cheque. To rebut this liability, the onus is on the drawer to prove that the cheque was not in discharge of a debt or liability by adducing evidence.

A.Hi,
The wrong cheque number in the notice is of no relevance. The notice would be considered as legally valid under Sec. 138 of NIA.
