Can I rent my property for rent which is in an dispute. Final orders is yet to come..I purchased an newly built commercial property. After the registration the party who sold the property to me filed an suit in the court stating he has not got his whole consideration amount. And some hoe managed to get an temporary injection. But after an year i.e on Monday court paased the order to vacant the temporary injection since the plantiff did not have the proff to prove his side. Property is in my possession. I need to put that on rent. Cause I m paying rupees 55 thousand towards interest to the bank which mortgaged the same property before he filed the suit.he is trying to move the appeal to high court for intrim order on the order passed by the session court. Can I rent the property without any harassment?

A.If tenant is strong then you can rent out. Rents received will be accounted for before court

A.If the property is in your possession the you may let out the property but you may add a clause in the agreement that a dispute regarding the ownership is pending before the court and in case the judgement will be in favour then the tenancy will continue other wise will be terminated as per the requirement of the judgement.

A.Yes you can let the property on rent subject to the orders of Honble court.
