chairman and secretary of the Society has insert my Wife name in share certificate wich I don't have problem but they did without consulting me and no legal procedure for inserting the name on certificate. Just one letter given by my wife and they transfer. When I went to ask them they are not listening and they are doing with all Society members. Now how to handel with my problem which they insert the name without consulting and without not using society rules and regulations. What should I do sir. Please guide me.

For your information, they are also previously involved in society matters like in the close room they just taking on their own name and they have bad repo in the police station.

Sir I just want your reply/help on my issue please

A.you also dont have problem to include wife name in share certificate but they hurt you by not asking you.
because they not asked thatswhy you are ready for legal action ?
after all of that, you will keep the name of wife in share certificate.
so it seems like personal vendetta.

A.Send the Chairman ( Society) a legal notice asking them why they did it and to undo the illegal act. If they don't do it as per your legal notice then move the civil court against them to get it corrected.

If you do not have any loan or mortgage over the said property, then the easiest way to remove her name from the joint names, is if you were to execute a release deed or relinquishment deed in favour of your wife with respect to 50% share that you are the owner of, then you in turn becomes the full and absolute owner
if you likemy answerpls giveme good rating
