Our opposition property share holder apply ad interim injunction order without proper information of my father property.. our construction on that property under going. My father had passed planning of the building by panchayat.. today got a letter from opponent's advocate there has some information our opponents apply for the injunction and court passed order that maintain status quo by both the party till next hearing. Our building construction almost ready roof complete.. only inside works of the the building under process.. can we continue that? Not get any order sheet from court till now except advocate latter and injunction application copy.. please give me suggestions can We continue the work?

can not do construction until order orders for that.

It will be better to wait for next order to pass by the court otherwise it will lead to contempt of Court and you have to compensate for same.
I advice you to wait till next order to proceed your work further. If you do it now it will be contempt of court and you may be liable for that.

an order to maintain the Status Quo if has been passed, then you can't sell, sublet, lease or do anything with the property. You have to keep the property as it was on the date of passing of the order.
moreover to enable me to advice whether to continue construction or not, details of the status quo order is to be mentioned.
you can with the assistance of an advocate approach the same Court that granted the order and seek for/to contest/disposal/removal of status quo and the case.
