we are married. our spouses are not ready to divorce us. we want to live together. what legal steps can be taken against us?

A.already handling one case of 'Kabhi Alvida na kehna' with children so you are in better place than that.

A.Dear Sir/Mam,
Your second marriage can be held void by your first wife and husband, they can also sue your for bigamy and ask for compensation. You have to divorce your first marriage to enter into second marriage.

They can sue you for bigamy and can held your second marriage as void. You have to file for divorce before getting in your new marriage relation. Court may ask you people for cooling period at that time if you fail to consummate during that period then you will get a divorce from your first wife and husband.

A.Neither of you would be charged criminally for living together without divorcing your spouse but it amounts to adultery and forms a strong ground for divorcing by the other side and in the case of adulterous husband it is very much possible that his wife may file case for mental cruelty under law pertaining to prevention of Domestic Violence or in case she wants to divorce than may ask for huge alimony for divorce.
