Nominee Declaration process in property
I had purchase a house on my mother name but forgot to declare nominee during the property registration process. My mother is alive currently, but my questions is that can I add nominee in the same property documents so that no paper hassle in the future. Or If any other way please advise.

A.Hi,
You will either have to a. go for gift deed or b. execute a will in favor of your mother. As addition of nominees is only allowed during registry process
