A.I assume property is in grandmother name.
your mother being first wife child will get 50% share in property.
50% will go to grandfather.

if property is ancestor from father side then second marriage children will also get share.

if property is grandfather self earned property then grrandfather can do anything with it and you can not get anything.

A.Hi,
Your mother will get her share of the property in a partition suit since she is a child from the first marriage. Any children from the future marriage are illegitimate children unless the couples are divorced though they will also have a right in the property as per the Supreme Court judgment in various cases.

A.Hi,
Since your mother is a child from a previous marriage, she will receive her share of the property in a partition suit. Any children born from a subsequent marriage will be considered illegitimate, while they will have a right to land, according to Supreme Court rulings in different cases.
