Grandmother created will excluded my dad .she mention her 3 daughters name and 1son.
Initially the property belongs to my grandfather. After his death it got transfer to my grandmother without my dad concerne or permission.
My dad is aresiding at that place from his childhood .

A.The will made by grandmother is illegal and cannot be acted upon and for this you need to challenge the will, as the property is not her self-acquired property but is ancestral property, which will devolve according to succession law. File partition suit making all persons entitled to the same as parties-defendant or jointly by some as plaintiffs. Take legal assistance of local Advocate.

A.After the death of your grandfather the property is devolved also upon your father, it cannot be automatically transferred to your grandmother as your father is also the legal heir of your grandfather but if during the lifetime of your grandfather he anyway transferred his property in favour if your grandmother then the situation is different but as the property is not fully owned by your grandmother during her lifetime she cannot make any will in respect of the whole property of your grandfather

A.He has to file a civil suit for the partition of the property by challenging the transfer of father's property to mother without his NOC. The civil suit will put stay on any transfer of the property till the decision of the matter.
