Double registration Double registration

The property (land) in bangalore is double registered 2000 and 2004 by land owner and power of attorney given by the land owner respectively. In the EC from registered office, both registered names are showing (registered in 2000 & 2004). How to go about this? Who does the property belong to?

A.Hi,
The person having possession of property along with registration will be the owner. Still you can also reach the registrar office and get it checked and if there will be double registration they will enquire it.

A.Hi,
Go to the tehsildar's office to get the records verified. It will clear who is the actual owner, and if any mistake is there, it would be rectified.
