We have undivided our ancestors property. Can my mother give her undivided share to me?

Yes, you can since you are another owner of the property. Release of rights over inherited property by an owner (your mother) in favour of another owner (you) can be done through a relinquishment deed or a release deed.

A.Hi,
An inherited property can only be relinquished by an owner in favor of another owner. Since you are legal heir then she can transfer her share to you. It can be done through a relinquishment deed or a release deed.
