Ancestral Property issue
My Grandfather's parents have an ancestral property in their name. And my grandfather has an elder brother who took all property into their hand as my grandfather was staying out of village. One day my grandfather was on alcohol and someone took the signature on some documents(don't know which documents). So the next day they said this property is ours. But at that time my Father is 18+ and my father didn't signed the documents. And its been 20 years documents are with them but it is not transferred to them(found out by investigation). So what can i do to get back their property to them as they don't have any place to live and job to earn. please help me.

next day your grandfather was dead or was on alcohol from that day ?
your father was also on alcohol for 20 years ?

Signature on a document in an intoxicated state is not valid but the challenge to this document can only be initiated within the limitation time period. Provide complete facts for better legal remedy.

You need to provide detailed facts in this case. If the limitation statute does not bar this suit, you can move forward with a civil suit for partition.
