Hello! after my grandfathers death his land was equally shared by my father and his brother.

After my fathers death, recently i found a document saying that my father from his share has gifted a land of 29 guntas to his brother in the year 2005 and during that period i was a minor.

So the document which i've found doesn't have any signature's except my father's signature.
now i am a major now, so can i file a case on my paternal uncle or should i go to MRO?

A.Gift deed is signed by donor, better to consult a property lawyer to guide & help you and also protect the interest under the law quickly.
