Registration of gram awaas patta

my father live with my uncle on provide by gram samaj awaasiy "patta" since year 1986, i wish made valid documents for this property from registrar office. its possible or not.

Property laws are different from state to state and you should go to local administration office to check if correct record of your property is available and can transfer the property with proof to show of residency.

A.Try to visit the gram panchayat office or the circle office and and get the mutation done done in your father's name. They will tell you whether it is allowed or not since the property/land is allotted to him and not bought by him.
आप पंचायत ऑफिसर या सर्किल ऑफिस के पास जाकर म्यूटेशन करने की कोशिश कीजिए। म्यूटेशन के दौरान वह आपको बताएंगे कि यह आपके पिताजी के नाम में हो सकता है कि नहीं, क्योंकि यह जमीन आपके पिताजी को दान नहीं मिली थी।
