A.Hi,
Your wife cannot stay away from your society without any justification and certainly not on the advice of her parents. You can move the family court by filing for a suit of restitution as per S.9 of the HMA.

A.Hi,
Staying away from your partner without any reasonable excuse is not recognized in law. You can file a suit for restitution of conjugal rights as per S.8 of the HMA before the family court of your jurisdiction.

A.how her parents became culprit if you are living separately.
If you want custody then file child custody case and you ask court to pass order for custody and visiting rights.

A.File a case for custody or visitation rights to meet your child and simultaneous file a case for restitution of conjugal rights under Section 9 of Hindu Marriage Act if you are a covered under HAM ( or under Sec 22 of Special Marriage Act) to get your wife back to your home.
