And I need to know about if he gets second marriage, could he eligible for applying any Indian government job or not? If yes- then what should I select while applying any government job applications form—— marital status—- like, 1)Single, 2) Married, 3) Divorced or what should I need to choose in these?
And one more question is- what is the IA Status-pending? It’s showing still in eCourtsServices?

A.For remarriage you will require to wait for the period of 90 days from your divorce decree which the period for filing appeal in case either party is not satisfied with the decree, however there is no bar on applying for any govt job in respect of the marital status of any person if you qualify otherwise.

A.One needs to wait for at least 90 days to remarry and there is no bar to apply for any govt. job after second marriage. You should select as divorced when you are divorced and if remarried then married.

IA- stands for Interim Application or Interlocutory Application

A.Dear client
Immediately after getting mutual divorce the man or woman can remarry. No need to wait for remarriage. He is eligible for applying govt job.
You shall select 3rd option i.e.divorced .
IA means interim application.
You have not mentioned that when your divorce was granted.
If any of you filed any interim petition it may show like that.
