property Encroachment

Hi,
There is a property that was encroached 30 years ago, the title Holder party suit a case and won the same in 2008, but the people were given some time to relocate on a humanitarian basis, Is the judgement is still valid in 2021 while the encroachment is same as then in 2008

A.First you slept for 7 yrs to file case.
Then you were sleeping for 11 yrs for vacating the property.
some time mean upto 1 year not 11 years.
Immediately send legal notice to them and go for execution or contempt.

A.Hi,
The execution proceedings arising out of the judgement in the favor of the judgement holder must be filled within 12 years, after which the judgement would be barred by law of limitation.

A.Yes the judgment is still valid and there is no expiry period of a judgment unless there is some conditional act mentioned in the judgement to be performed within a given period of time.
