Dear sir
My father dead without done any will .having immovable property 10 acres among family members.. He had two sons and wife.one son is dead and his wife having one minor son.. Now four persons are living.. Me(elder son), my mom and my brother's wife and his minor son.. Kindly tell how much property each get.

A.The property shall be divided into three equal halves each going to you, your mother and your sister-in-law. Your nephew's rights are covered under the 1/3 share that his mother would be getting.

A.As your father died without having any Will,therefore,one -third undivided share in that property devolved upon your mother , one -third undivided share in that property devolved upon you and rest one-third devolved upon your predeceased brother's wife and minor son,i.e., one - sixth undivided share in that property devolved upon predeceased brother's widow and one - sixth undivided share in that property devolved upon predeceased brother's son.

A.Property shall be partitioned in three equal part out if which one part shall belong to you, one to mother and remaining one part to wife and son of deceased son.
