A.You approach a good property lawyer then file a suit for partition but before that send a legal notice to all the brothers about your intention of filing a partition suit.

A.You are entitled to undivided one-fifth share in that property. It is necessary on your part to give Legal Notice to your brothers for Partition of that property in registered manner within stipulated period of time. If they fail to do so,then you are entitled to file Suit for Partition, Declaration as well as Status quo for not to change the nature and character of the property.

A.Hi,
Best course of action for you is to approach the court with the partition suit, and get the property equally divided amongst the share-holders by the court.

A.Hi,
It is immaterial whether you live outstation or not, if you have the rightful share in the property, then the property has to be equally divided. Approach the court and file a partition suit, the court will divide the property equally amongst the share holders.
