How can claim my rights to paternal house and land?
My grandfather and grandmother died a long time ago. Now, my uncles are not giving us out share of the paternal property i.e. paternal house and land. What shall we do?

A.Aap civil court me partition suit file kare. Sabhi fact likhte hue. Kyon ki aap equal share holder hai agar aap ke father dawara koi will nhi ki gai hai. Agar aap ke father dawara will ki gai hai tab aap ke rights samapt ho jaate hai. Tab aap ko will ko challenge karna hoga.

A.Hi,
Get the legal heir certificate issued in your name, and then file a partition suit in the civil court in order to get the property partitioned and get your share in the property.

A.You should file a partition suit in a civil court to reclaim your rights in the property and when you file the case the court will ask the other parties to submit the property papers in the court then your rights in those properties will be declared by the court.
You should get in touch with a good civil lawyer for this.

A.Hi,
If the ancestral property was undivided at the time of the death of your grandfather and grandmother, then you can file a suit for partition in the civil court. First, you will need to obtain legal heir certificate, and then file the partition suit.

Vaise aap social samajik satar par bhi pryash kar sakte hai. Ho sakta hai ki aap ki problems solved ho jae. Agar nhi hoti hai. Tab aap ko court jaana hi padega.
