A.Aap ko turant sabhi fact likhte hue ek legal notice bheje Gail India and government of bihar ko. Agar tab bhi aap ko aap ka dhan nhi milta hai. Phir aap ko kanoon ka sahahara lena hoga.
Jiske liye aap money recovery suit bhi file kare sakte hai. Or direct high court bhi writ file kar sakte hai. Kisi civil ke advocate se contact kare unko sabhi fact share kare vo aap ko aap ke state ke kanoon ke anusar guide kar sakte hai.

A.Dear Sir,
Get issue legal notice thereafter file a necessary suit before concerned Court then they will comedown and pay your compensation. If you do not get issue any notice then they may see that it is your weakness and never come and pay your compensation.

A.Hi,
You can send a legal notice to the GAIL office demanding the compensation immediately, and the reason of the delay in paying in the compensation amount. There on you can approach the High Court to claim the compensation amount.

A.Hi,
You can send a legal notice to the GAIL seeking immediate payment of compensation due, and if they do not comply then you should file a petition before the High Court demanding the compensation for the land acquisition by GAIL.

A.What is the reason for that and what are they saying that why they will no pay the compensation? As per the law if they are acquiring the land they are suppose to pay the compensation. Have they issued the notification for acquisition for land and published and did they acquire the land following the due process of land acquisition?
